To fill cities with cars isn't the way to go. Instead, we see a large room for growth in intermodality. Mileus solution increases our ride frequency and opens the door to a more price-sensitive customer segment. Greater user engagement and more visibility into our users’ transportation intent means much more efficient demand generation.

Although there's no metro system in Bratislava, we're eager to test how intermodality will work here. All the more so since the first steps with Mileus have required so little input from us. The business impact analysis went so quickly and painlessly – we only needed to export and process 6 weeks worth of ride data, which was a matter of 1 day for us, and within a week, we gained straight-forward insights from the Mileus team. Given how effortlessly this went, we decided to proceed with the market validation phase.

We provide a traditional taxi dispatching service and build demand-responsive transport upon it. With the demand-responsive transit service, we expect Mileus to bring us higher occupancy levels also by exponentially increasing the probability of matching for pooling. We also hope that integrating with Mileus will help us spread awareness about our services CITYA and SmartBus and their key role in city mobility.
